It’s important to know that First Step Therapy Dorset isn’t a crisis service, so we aren’t set up to provide emergency or out-of-hours support.
Whether you’re just looking around the site, thinking about starting counselling, or you're already one of our clients, your safety is the absolute priority. If you ever find yourself in a situation where you need urgent help or are feeling overwhelmed between our sessions, please reach out to any of the dedicated services below, they are available exactly when you need them.
